Wouldn’t it just figure? Everybody’s supposed to stay home, and the price of gas is super cheap!
According to AAA – The Auto Club Group, the Badger State is one of the nation’s top 10 least expensive places to buy gas. The Upper Midwest of the US is where gas prices are low. The state average as of Monday, April 27 is $1.19 per gallon for regular unleaded gas. Check the chart below for regional prices in Wisconsin compared to the national average…

And it appears that gas prices will continue to decrease into May. Although most of us are driving less, which has contributed to the lower prices, businesses that still have vehicles on the road will benefit. Diesel fuel prices have also dropped, although not quite as drastically as regular gas.
