Burke/Triolo Productions/Thinkstock Toby Keith raised more than $1 million at his annual Golf Classic earlier this month in Norman, Oklahoma. In all, the event has raised nearly $12.5 million for the OK Kids Corral, which gives families with sick children a free place to stay.

Ashley McBryde‘s brother Clay passed away last Wednesday at the age of 53. Graveside services were held Monday in Russellville, Arkansas, for the 25-year veteran of the town’s police department.

This year’s 14th Annual Stars for Second Harvest benefit at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium brought in $180,000 for the local food bank, thanks to the participation of Jake OwenMorgan Wallen, songwriter Craig Wiseman and others.
